Terms of use for the Court.LIVE and Court.COACH apps (beta)
Version 2026-10-30 · 30 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the Court.LIVE or Court.COACH app during the beta. By creating an account or joining a match you accept them. The privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
1. Who we are
The apps are provided by Panache Consulting BV, Boskant 30, 3945 Tessenderlo-Ham, Belgium (enterprise number BE 0682.813.484), "we". Contact: beta@courtlive.app.
2. A beta
- The apps are a test version. They can contain bugs, change, lose features or stop, and some data may be lost. Keep your own copy of results that matter to you.
- The beta is free. We may end it, or your access to it, at any time.
- Please report problems from the app (Help, Report a problem). Your feedback helps us, and we may use it to improve the apps without owing you anything for it.
- Don't share builds, screenshots of unreleased features or invites outside the beta unless we say you can.
3. Your account
- You must be 13 or older, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, who then accepts these terms for you.
- Give correct details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens with your account.
- One person, one account. A guest account (joining a match without signing up) is linked to the device it was created on.
4. What you put in the apps
- Your matches, players, comments, drawings and other content stay yours. You give us the right to store, show and process them as far as needed to run the apps, for example to show your matches to the members who can see them and your shared drawings to the community.
- Only add other people (to a roster, a line-up or a comment) if they agree to it.
- Don't post anything illegal, hateful, threatening, sexual, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights, and don't harass other players.
- You can report a comment, a player or a community drawing, and block a member, from the app. Our team looks at every report, usually within a few days. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms; the person who reported is not named.
5. Fair use
Don't try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the apps or their servers, don't use them to send spam, and don't access other people's data or accounts.
6. Clickers, watches and other devices
Flic 2 clickers, Apple Watch and other devices are made by others and have their own terms. We can't guarantee that every device or operating system version works with the apps.
7. Liability
We build the apps with care, but during the beta we provide them "as is", without guarantees about availability, accuracy of scores and statistics, or fitness for a purpose (for example an official competition). As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
8. Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app (Settings, Delete account). We may close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning where reasonable.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. Important changes are announced in the app or by email before they apply. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.
10. Law and disputes
Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Limburg, division Hasselt, unless the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to the courts where you live.
